You know what I love about quizes (no its not just that it takes me back to reading 17 when I was in jr high)? They really do help you hone your eye for fashion and design.
So, full disclosure, I am not getting married. I don’t even have a boyfriend. But, I have a long held love of taking tests in magazines that started in junior high. It has continued on to the age of the internet and so I, of course, took the BHLDN “what kind of bride are you?” quiz. I got “timeless and traditional beauty” which I think is a pretty good assessment (though I’ll retake the quiz to see what other answers I get).
I love that after you take the quiz it shows options for your style of bride. Tons of good stuff on this site I tell you!
I love my quizes and this one from Real Simple is no exception. I took it and got Sophisticated Classic as my main style. Judging by the decor of my condo I’d have to agree. I like the idea of defining your style because it really helps you make better decisions as you try and choose what’s going to work for you and your space. It’s one thing to buy a shirt and later decide that “it’s not your style.” But it’s a whole nother to do that with a large purchase like a couch (or a whole condo!). Knowing your style is really another part of knowing yourself and the better we know ourselves, the happier we are.
I’ve always been a sucker for a good magazine quiz! What’s your wedding style?
The question I ask myself everyday-Miroslava Duma or Ulyana Sergeenko?
