I think Tom [Florio] got it right when he said, “She’s not unapproachable. She’s just not available to the people she doesn’t need to be available to. She’s a busy person. She’s got work to do.”

I mean, isn’t knowing where (or with whom) to spend your time a big part of running a successful business? I can’t imagine how many queries she must get in a day and choices need to be made.
